My table arrived well packed, with no signs of any damage when unpacked . Having said that, one or two of the accessories had got a bit squashed. However, the application of some gentle heat soon sorted that, so this was only a minor point. I found the table easy to put up, and very stable once it was fully up. I had to adjust the height to suit my 5 ft 4 ins, but this was no problem at all, adjustments are simple to carry out. A couple of negative points I found. The documentation that comes with the table is not comprehensive, but common sense and a bit of trial and error generally got round anything I wasn't sure of. The other thing I'd mention is that there was no way to fix the headrest in a specific position, it could slide out of place quite easily. Again, though, this can be got round by using a couple of stout rubber bands but this is something I felt could have been addressed.
All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase, and I look forward to many years of use.
