Order had not arrived after 2 weeks, contacted customer service, which I found was based in Hong Kong so messages were answered in the middle of the night. They requested I supply information on the order so obviously a service company, nothing to do with the supply company. I asked them for a refund of the "Express Deliver" charge as I did not think it was justified and they then cancelled my order!! (which is what happens if you use staff whose first language is not English)

Exactly what I've expected

Nothing very extravagant but this bolster is exactly what I'd expect in a massage table bolster.
Haven't had any issues with it and I'd recommend it.

Durable product

I've put this bolster thru its strides since I bought it 8 months ago -- 5-8 hours of massage a day, 5 days a week, plus outcalls on the weekends -- and it still appears brand new. The wadding, vinyl, and the zip show no signs of wear or impairment. This bolster is a bit less firm than some cheaper bolsters on the market, but I've had lots of ginormous clients squashing it, and it always bounces back into shape. So no worries!!! I've slumbered on it myself, and it's undeniably comfortable, too.

I am very happy with it so far. Great bolster I would recommend it the only reason I’m giving it a 4 star is because I found a bolster that is flat on one end which means it doesn't roll when a client is getting settled which is nice. So the next time i’m going to purchase a bolster i’d rather choose the half-round bolster. In other words it’s the functionality why I chose not to buy another full round bolster, NOT having issues on the quality. I’t’s SUPERB!!!

Massage Bolster

Did not ship as quickly as they promised it. I got a therapist that comes to my house once a month, and she was using cushions as a substitute! This bolster is MUCH better! The bolster is not strictly essential for massages, but it really increases comfort of the person getting a massage. For me it was a good purchase since it comes in the same color with my massage table. Would be a 5 stars if it had more firmness.
